Job Role Overview
The Administration Aid plays a pivotal role in supporting staff in administration functions on a short-term or long-term basis. The successful candidate will foster cooperative working relationships with staff and other volunteers, while adhering to the organisational core values of compassion, integrity, respect, collaboration, accountability, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report to manager or coordinator upon arrival and departure
* Sign in and out in Volunteer activity record
* Seek assistance, guidance, and information as necessary
* Utilize office equipment safely and correctly
* Perform administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, typing, laminating, and capturing images
* Prepare files/information packs for consumers/clients
* Count funds
* Assist with mail outs as required
* Conduct surveys within the CAH with patients for various departments

Confidentiality and Privacy: Confidential information must be safeguarded from unauthorized disclosure. Volunteers are not to push residents/patients in wheelchairs; please obtain assistance from staff/porter instead.
