This role involves providing guidance and support to individuals as they navigate their employment journey.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their employment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients with complex barriers to employment, remaining calm and patient during difficult situations.
* Provide coaching, mentoring or case management experience, similar to what you've gained in an Employment Services setting or similar.
* Help clients set and work towards employment goals, using your excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Develop strong relationships with clients from all walks of life, using empathy and understanding.
* Use your administrative, compliance capabilities and IT skills to support clients, including experience with ESS and JobReady (not essential).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A right to Work in Australia, i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with permanent work rights.
* A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to gain if successful, with reimbursement for costs on commencement.
* A current and valid Open Driver's Licence.
* Willingness to undertake a Fit2Work Police Check.
