What you'll be doing:
* Deliver monthly management reports, forecasts and variance analysis for site operations
* Partner with departmental leaders to monitor mobile plant performance and cost control
* Build and maintain cost models for business improvement and budget tracking
* Manage capital expenditure processes and support approvals and reporting
* Maintain ledgers, fixed asset registers and reporting
* Provide cashflow forecasts, support audits and respond to statutory obligations
* Contribute to LOM and budget processes, and present financial results to site leadership
* Actively support site safety and HSEC reporting protocols
You will be a great fit, if you are:
* CA, CPA or equivalent qualified. Those not qualified or studying towards will still be considered
* Proven experience in a mining or similar project, cost & CAPEX focused environment.
* Experience working in an international business with overseas reporting lines.
* Confident and concise communicator, capable to providing influence with stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Problem solver mentality
* A commercial mindset and able to look for opportunity to improve and create efficiencies.
* Systems savvy with experience using complex, multi-faceted systems
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
