An exciting opportunity currently exists for enthusiastic and experienced Welders and a Metal Fabricator to join our team in O'Connor.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for high level welding on a variety of work fronts and metal types including: Pipe fitting and assembling various metal components and repairs Ability to review and and ready drawings Complete weld procedures Oxy cutting Grinding To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced Welder (First Class) or Metal Fabricator with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
You'll also need: A certificate III in engineering - fabrication trade The ability to use electric arc and/or oxy-acetylene equipment in the fabrication and repair of metal products, structures and machines High level welding skills on a variety of work fronts and metal types Police Clearance and the ability to pass a full medical Proficiency in using FCAW, SAW (Sub Arc), Tig, Mig, Stick and Pipe Fitting would be desirable We have a positive workplace culture and constantly seek to improve teamwork, raise morale and increase overall worker satisfaction.
