ABOUT THE ROLE

O2F is seeking experienced Developer Programmers to join our team in Ballarat Central, Victoria on a full-time basis. As a Developer Programmer at O2F you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise content management solutions across large-scale environments.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead and contribute to the end-to-end development, configuration and implementation of IBM FileNet solutions, including FileNet P8 components such as Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine, IBM Datacap and IBM Enterprise Records.
* Write and maintain code for IBM Case Manager solutions and develop custom Content Navigator widgets and plugins.
* Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse workflows, and translate them into robust technical designs and implementations.
* Configure and optimize FileNet repositories, access controls, security models, metadata structures, and lifecycle management policies.
* Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across FileNet applications and environments, ensuring system stability and resolving complex technical issues.
* Optimize system performance through tuning, access control management, and lifecycle policy implementation.
* Participate in FileNet platform upgrades and patching activities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to best practices.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring their strict adherence to coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices.
* Execute FileNet migrations and upgrades, ensuring minimal business disruption and compliance with licensing and governance standards.
* Contribute to planning and execution of ECM migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, system availability, and performance optimization.
* Where required, support technical deliverables for proposals, estimates, and solution approaches for new enhancements or engagements.

If successful, you will be paid a salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per annum.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

* Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
* Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in developing enterprise-grade content management solutions across complex environments.
* Demonstrated extensive (5+ years) experience with IBM FileNet solutions.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise deadlines.
* Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
