Who We're Looking For & What You'll Do
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to join our Queensland operations team on a full‐time basis.
This role is critical in delivering our projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will manage the planning, coordination, subcontractors, teams, and execution of landscape construction projects—from initial handover to final completion.
Key Accountabilities
• Manage multiple landscaping projects across QLD, NSW and Victoria, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to specification
• Lead and support on‐site teams, including subcontractors, landscapers, and apprentices
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate staging, assess progress, troubleshoot issues
• Manage procurement: materials, equipment, subcontractor scheduling
• Ensure adherence to company safety procedures, site documentation, and reporting
• Work closely with our Design, Estimating, and Construction teams to ensure a seamless project flow
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Monitor budget tracking, variations, and project forecasting
• Prepare and deliver weekly progress updates, safety records, and site documentation
• Oversee quality control and ensure our craftsmanship and standards are upheld
• Coordinate handover documents, final inspections, and project sign‐off
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction or related project management
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site management, and WHS requirements
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and engineering documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in project software and documentation systems (Procore preferred)
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Strong client‐facing and stakeholder management experience
• Current driver's licence
• Advantageous: experience managing playspace, school, or commercial landscape projects
• Must be available to travel to interstate when required
