About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Graduate Accountant
to join our expanding, technology-driven accounting firm. Based in our
Caloundra National Office
, this is an excellent opportunity for someone currently studying accounting or who has recently completed their degree and is ready to begin their professional career.
You will receive hands-on training, mentoring, and exposure to a wide variety of clients and accounting disciplines as our business continues to grow across multiple locations.

We are an established accounting practice providing compliance and value-added advisory services to a broad range of clients throughout Australia, including SMEs, not-for-profit organisations and SMSFs.

Key Responsibilities
You will be trained and supported to develop skills in:
Preparing financial statements and tax returns
Working with varied client types, including business entities, NFPs, and SMSFs
Using cloud-based accounting systems including
Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks
Liaising with clients and supporting senior accountants
Assisting with bookkeeping, reconciliations and compliance tasks
Contributing to workflow management and internal processes

About You
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Either current study in an accounting degree
or
recent completion of an accounting qualification
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Interest in working with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks
A desire to grow with the organisation and contribute to its success
No prior experience in public practice is required.
