Business Development Professional
This role is about shaping the future of mining performance through strategic business development, working with major mining operators and embedding as the industry standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own national sales targets, craft business development strategies that disrupt the market, and deliver on them.
* Maintain and grow relationships with major mining clients, becoming their go-to for advice and next-generation gear.
* Develop deep knowledge of buckets, trays and haulage systems and translate technical mastery into competitive advantage.
* Partner with account managers, engineers and product teams to align market demand with offerings.
About You:
* Are ambitious, confident and results-driven, with experience in mining, capital equipment or mobile equipment manufacturing.
* Have a track record of working with major mining equipment and translating challenges into effective solutions.
* Have a proven ability to identify opportunities, close high-value deals and negotiate with senior decision-makers.
* Have a strong understanding of cost analysis, market trends and ROI positioning.
* Are comfortable leading presentations in corporate settings and at mine sites; adaptable and able to command respect.
