Boutique Management Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Boutique Manager to lead our team in achieving high commercial outcomes. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding best practice customer service and empowering your team to succeed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of retail operations, and the ability to drive sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with our Area Manager to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and achieve sales and KPI targets across your boutique.
* Raise customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Empower and encourage honeys' needs and guide their exploration in a positive note.
* Lead, coach, and provide feedback to the honey team.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated and passionate about team development.
* Lead with empathy, compassion, and an open mind.
* Able to advise and direct communication with confidence.
