Area Sales Manager - Southern region of Western Australia

We need more people who are excited about bringing play and fitness solutions to the community, so we have started our search for a new Area Sales Manager.
What will you do?
As our Area Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of a defined territory in the southern region of Western Australia. You'll work closely with the existing sales team while driving your own pipeline and shaping the region's growth. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Generating new business to grow revenue and market share.
* Qualifying leads, sourcing and developing new opportunities for growth.
* Identifying new customers through building sustainable relationships with key customers – including industry bodies and specialists.
* Preparing and executing sales action plans for the territory.
Is this you?
You'll thrive in this role if you bring a mix of commercial drive, technical understanding, and relationship‐building strength. Ideally, you can say \"yes\" to several of the following:
* 5+ years' experience in detailed specification selling.
* B2B technical sales experience in Construction, Architectural or Engineering.
* Well connected with local government authorities.
* Strong relationship builder and influencer.
