About the position:
This is a senior position offering autonomy, influence, and exposure to high-calibre litigation work across a wide range of industries.
You will:
* Manage complex commercial litigation files from start to finish
* Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
* Advise on commercial disputes involving franchising, real estate, contracts, IP, and employment law
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
* Work closely with Partners on strategic matters and business development
* Engage directly with clients including developers, franchisors, and corporates
This is an ideal role for a senior lawyer ready to step into leadership, influence firm strategy, and take ownership of high-value disputes work.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
* Strong experience across superior courts and tribunals
* Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation capabilities
* Proven ability to run files independently and lead junior staff
* Commercially minded with strong client engagement skills
