Area Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the clinic teams to meet sales budgets, KPIs and growth across the designated region.
* Implement agreed sales strategies and plans that deliver business goals.
* Ensure compliance with required standards of direct reports.
Performance Metrics:
* Leadership: Provides coaching and development of employees.
* Clear Expectations & Accountability: Establishes a structured framework for direct reports.
* Onboarding, Upskilling & Development: Partners with the Training Team to drive ownership and accountability.
* Budget & Capacity Costs: Manages sales targets in line with the sales forecast.
* Sales Execution: Effectively implements sales strategy, focusing on driving business success and growth.
* Analytics, Systems & Adoption: Drives adoption and understanding of sales funnel and operating model.
* Opportunity Creation: Understands local market trends to identify and mitigate risks and maximize opportunity.
* Market Share Growth: Increases market share regionally by GP engagement and local area marketing activities.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification or undergraduate degree in science, business/commerce or economics.
* Audiology or Audiometry qualifications highly desirable.
* Leadership experience: Minimum 5 years of documented success in retail or audiological leadership roles.
* Outstanding leadership skills: Proven experience motivating and developing a team to deliver key sales objectives.
* Exceptional Customer Service: Experience driving a culture focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Geographically Dispersed Teams: Experience leading a team dispersed across multiple locations.
* Strategic & Operational Responsibility: Proven track record following an existing operating model.
* Financial Acumen: Knowledge of business and financial concepts sufficient to inform business decisions.
* Commercially Minded: Experience initiating and supporting company initiatives to drive commercial outcomes.
* Travel: Ability to work flexible hours and travel; Must have valid Australian drivers' licence.
