Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our national sales strategy, driving growth and excellence across the region.
The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, fostering key relationships with resellers, customers, and end-users while collaborating closely with the Head of Sales NZ and ANZ Lead Team.
This role demands a strategic leader who can coach, motivate, and develop a sales team, working effectively with portfolio and research teams to achieve business objectives.
About You
* At least 10 years of senior sales leadership experience in agricultural seed, rural retail, or supply sectors.
* Proven success in identifying opportunities, developing and executing successful sales strategies.
* Strong people leadership, coaching, and team building capabilities.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data.
* Experience with CRM strategy and sales analytics platforms to leverage data-driven insights.
* Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* High ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
* Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture Science, Business, or a related field.
