About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical engineering activities and provide specialist technical expertise.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all onsite electrical engineering activities and provide specialist technical expertise.
* Provide advice and execute tasks associated with ensuring a robust change control and document management process exists and is followed.
* Accurately manage the operation's blueprint; change management process and Asset integrity.
* Evaluate compliance to Australian Standards and BMA standards, and any other legislative requirements.
Requirements:
* Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Able to receive a practicing certificate within the current grace period (June 2026).
* Applicable industry experience as an EEM or coal mine Electrician.
* EEM competency underpinned by an understanding of engineering principles, standards and processes, along with drawing management and document control databases.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to influence stakeholders, providing sufficient communications to gain agreement and commitment.
* Proven background working in complex environments to achieve results at an operations level.
