Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated technician to join our dynamic workshop team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying, repairing and diagnosing customer vehicles as part of our day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical qualification or be a 3rd or 4th year apprentice progressing toward certification. A customer-focused approach and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and repair technical issues
* Carry out diagnostics on all makes and models
* Liaise with technical departments for support on complex repairs
* Perform quality control checks
* Road test vehicles
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A suitable mechanical qualification or be a 3rd or 4th year apprentice progressing toward certification
* A customer-focused approach
* A strong attention to detail, reliability and a solid work ethic
* Ability to work in a busy, professional service centre
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills
