Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Architect to join our team in the Greater Sydney Area in an on-site role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs and detailed construction documentation, particularly for residential apartment buildings and boarding houses, as well as managing projects from concept through to construction stages.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of DA, CDC, CC, and construction documentation
* Working on multi-residential projects including apartments and boarding houses and other project types.
* Coordinating with consultants and stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with relevant planning controls, NCC, and Australian Standards
* Liaising with clients, certifiers, councils, and builders
* Contributing to design development and technical problem-solving
* Supporting project delivery to meet program, quality, and client expectations

Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in Architecture or a related field
* Strong proficiency in architectural design and documentation
* Experience in construction documentation, particularly for multi-residential projects, Apartments and even residential dwellings.
* Solid understanding of NSW planning controls, NCC, and local council requirements
* Experience in project coordination and managing documentation workflows
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD (or similar architectural drafting software)
* Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
* High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and technical aptitude
