Job Overview
The Administration Assistant provides administrative support to the team. They schedule and plan work to meet key performance indicators, collaborate closely with drivers and operations teams, resolve service queries, navigate multiple IT systems and databases, provide administrative support across the depot, deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, process service requests, run-sheets and other administrative tasks.
