Established in 2018 with the purchase of Lake Alexandrina Station, their focus is on producing premium products, Bremco Pastoral has now diversified into a leading livestock & transport company.
We are currently seeking a well organised and motivated individual to join the team based in Murray Bridge. You will be responsible for providing support to the Finance & Administration Manager.
Assisting the Finance & Administration Manager, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 * Accounts receivable functions using Xero
 * Accounts payable functions including approving livestock and transport invoices
 * Check coding, vendor and payment terms
 * Monitoring draft invoices, batch payments and remittances
 * Bank reconciliation
 * HR/Payroll assistance & document management
 * Staff meeting minutes and action follow-up
 * Collating stock on hand reports from various farms & feedlots
 * Livestock reporting
 * Farm administration, including liaison with farm management staff
 * Assistance with coordination of Insurance for properties, vehicles and housing
 * Monitoring registrations of trucks and farm vehicles
 * Effective use of apps such as AgriWeb, Dext, Deputy, QuipCheck and ApprovalMax
