We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Sydney team, based full-time at our Lane Cove office.

Your Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage tender submissions and expressions of interest.
Estimate and tender for local government and infrastructure projects.
Allocate resources and coordinate tender documentation.
Integrate OHS and QA requirements into submissions.
Conduct post-tender negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the industry.
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating, ideally within landscape or civil construction.
Strong knowledge of Benchmark Estimating Software and Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
Full working rights in Australia.
This is an onsite role in our office at Lane Cove.
