Business Systems Specialist
The role of the Business Analyst is multifaceted, involving evaluation and analysis of existing systems and processes to determine areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with stakeholders, documenting identified gaps between current and future state operations, and proposing feasible solutions to business challenges.
Additional duties involve participating in test script development, risk identification, relationship-building with providers and stakeholders, and applying analytical rigor to investigate and gather business requirements.
This position requires strong skills in process mapping, stakeholder management, training, data analysis, and testing. Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC 6.0 is beneficial.
A successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst across financial operations, procurement, and accounting modules. Excellent communication skills and self-motivation are essential for this role.
