Leadership Opportunity
The Executive Director of Community Support Services will oversee the delivery of high-quality services that support children, families, and older people.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic direction and operational excellence across Early Learning, Retirement Living, and Housing services.
* Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering services in Early Learning, Retirement Living, and Housing across multiple regions.
* Manage budgets, funding applications, and financial reporting to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
* Mentor senior leaders, foster a positive workplace culture, and support professional development.
* Build strong relationships with government, community organisations, and advocacy groups.
Requirements
* Relevant bachelor's degree (master's degree desirable) in appropriate discipline such as Human Services, Social Work, Community Development, Early Childhood Education or Business Administration.
* Proven experience in executive or senior leadership roles.
* Extensive service coordination and operational management experience in the community services sector - including oversight of multidisciplinary teams, sites, and diverse activities.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profits, service users, and the broader community.
