About the Role This position will see you manage, service and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across agriculture, transport and SME sectors. You will oversee renewals, endorsements and new business opportunities while delivering high-quality, compliant advice tailored to each client’s needs. Working closely with underwriters, claims and internal support teams, you will ensure seamless service delivery, strong retention outcomes and long-term client relationships. The role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, hybrid working arrangements, no travel requirements, and the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses for exceeding agreed KPIs. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients Deliver high-quality, compliant advice tailored to client needs Manage renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities Negotiate terms and conditions with approved underwriters Implement retention and new business strategies Conduct client needs analyses and pre-renewal reviews Support and liaise with internal claims and support teams Ensure timely premium collection and debtor follow-up Skills and Experience Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of insurance products Tier 2 Insurance Accreditation (essential) Strong customer service background within financial services Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Competent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Benefits Competitive salary package (negotiable circa $100k super bonus commission) Hybrid working arrangements Stable, permanent role with long-term career prospects Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive team culture with strong internal collaboration Work-life balance with no travel requirements How to apply?
