Equipment Maintenance Specialist Role
We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Graduate to contribute to root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving. This individual will play a key role in developing maintenance strategies and procedures, supporting SIB projects, and collaborating with site engineers and trades teams.
This position offers exposure to various engineering initiatives, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing assets. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and willing to engage with diverse stakeholders across teams.
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on maintenance or reliability
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles
* Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
* A valid driver's license for site travel requirements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Familiarity with SAP is an asset, but not mandatory
