RPC has a distinguished 40-year heritage – dating back to the Trans eld Construction Group – delivering innovative engineering solutions to the infrastructure, water and wastewater, environment, transport, mining, architecture and defence sectors.ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints and instructions, examine and understand surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.Prepare work areas with scaffolding, covering fixtures, and other necessary preparations.Mix, match, apply paint to various surfaces, and complete touch-ups.Understand and complete work to specifications, mix correct ratios of two-part paint coatings, and properly manage consumables to avoid wastage.Select paints, varnishes and stains for surfaces using brushes, sprays, and rollers; use wet film thickness gauges to achieve specified dry film thickness, and carry out minor repairs as needed.Apply paints with attention to detail using different tools; work at heights and in confined spaces; erect scaffolding and ladders.Clean equipment and work areas and support team members to ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with specifications.QualificationsTrade Certificate – Certificate III in Surface Preparation or equivalent (for Blaster/Painters).
High-risk licence for EWP and/or Forklift.Trade qualifications in Protective Coatings (ACA, NACE, ICorr, or other trade certificates).
HR licence, high risk licence with EWP and Forklift Driver's Licence (MR or HR class).

Salary: Between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum + Super
