Lead Retail Media Product Strategy
As a senior product manager, you will lead the development of onsite retail media products for Coles Online web and app. You will be responsible for shaping go-to-market plans and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital media products that drive commercial outcomes for suppliers and enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing strategic plans to launch and scale digital media products
* Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop sell-through strategies and manage stakeholder relationships
* Managing ad-server transitions and stakeholder engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 8+ years' experience in digital advertising, product management, or strategy
* Proven success launching and scaling digital media products
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
* Experience with go-to-market planning and execution
* Familiarity with retail media platforms and ad tech ecosystems
* Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for reporting and analytics
