Role and training Being a Lifeguard with us is great as you will develop life-long skills like teamwork and communication.
It is one of our most rewarding jobs and leaves you feeling really great at the end of a shift and you get to meet people from all walks of life as well as make lifelong friends with your colleagues.
We are offering fully funded training in the recognised NPLQ lifeguarding qualification which will give you the skills to excel.Our Lifeguards are an integral part of our team and have gone on to become Swim Teachers, Supervisors and even more, we will support you to develop to reach your potential!
We are looking for people who have the following attributes:Team orientated approachAn ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilitiesGreat interpersonal skillsFlexible and adaptableDemonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industryIf this sounds like you then we want to hear from you.Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)NPLQ qualification or equivalent - training can be provided for suitable candidatesAn ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staffWell developed interpersonal skillsTeam orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleaguesTo be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managersDemonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industryWe want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
