Sushi Manager
The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated, able to manage staff and have a thorough understanding of the Sushi department. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department including ordering, stock control, gross profit management, stock takes and overall shop presentation. You will need to possess a good knowledge of HACCP, WHS procedures and basic computer skills.
