Position Overview

* Lead the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and departments.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services meet company needs.
* Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions for hardware, software, and services.
* Stay updated with the latest technology trends and innovations, recommending upgrades and improvements.
* Train and mentor IT staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar senior IT leadership role.
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, network security, and data management.
* Experience with project management and IT budgeting.
* Proficient in the management of hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
* Demonstrated experience in managing IT teams and driving performance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Relevant IT qualifications (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
* Certification in ITIL, PMP, or similar project management or IT frameworks is a plus.
