The role will involve supervising and supporting staff members across various departments, including bar, gaming, restaurant, and events. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support staff members across various departments
* Provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the club and adherence to policies and procedures
* Provide guidance and support to new staff members
* Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor role at a previous employer, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
* Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including RSA and RCG certifications
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service
