The Company

What does the role entail?
Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be required to optimise cash flow and control debt through negotiating payment plans and resolving customer disputes.
Other duties include:
* Respond to external and internal customer enquiries
* Deliver exceptional customer service by showing empathy and provide clear, informative support to every customer
* Negotiate and solve problems to advance business cash flow
* Manage the dialer to resolve account management and payment issues
* Remain compliant throughout activities
* Maintain collection processes
* Resolve and identify disputes whilst advancing revenue opportunities
What experience is required?
* Proven experience working in a customer service position in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to show empathy
* A motivated individual who can work with KPIs and meet targets
* Intermediate computer skills (especially MS Excel)
* Maintain a high level of professionalism with a consultative approach
* Resilient, confident and a positive attitude
