We are currently seeking a confident and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role supports and coordinates marketing initiatives across Sydney, Newcastle, Port Stephens, and the Upper Hunter. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in delivering campaigns, managing systems, supporting events, and strengthening relationships that drive brand awareness and business growth across the firm.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
* Coordinate event planning and delivery, including webinars, logistics, promotional materials, and on‐the‐day support.
* Draft, edit, and execute targeted content across social media, EDMs, website pages, and blogs.
* Manage and maintain HubSpot lists, properties, forms, automations, and campaign assets.
* Assist with tender and proposal formatting, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
* Film, edit, and write video and podcast content for marketing and campaign use, and manage podcast calendar.
* Prepare and contribute to campaign and performance reporting, providing insights for improvement.
* Coordinate sourcing, ordering, and stock management of firm merchandise, proactively identifying needs.
* Respond promptly to marketing queries via social media and the marketing inbox.
* Attend and represent the firm at PKF‐related events in a professional and respectful manner.
* Act as a key support resource for senior marketing professionals on larger and higher‐priority projects.
* Proactively contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance the firm's brand and marketing effectiveness.
* Maintain awareness of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns.
* Provide ad hoc marketing, reception, or administrative assistance as required.
Qualifications and Previous Experience
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Previous experience working in a marketing or communications role.
* Experience coordinating events or campaigns.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Experience using HubSpot is preferred.
* Experience using project management tools such as Asana is preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong problem‐solving and organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
* Confidence using AI tools with the ability to self‐edit and maintain tone of voice.
* A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve and add value.
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and seek feedback when needed.
