True Synergy is a boutique consulting business, providing event management and administrative services to volunteer ran, member-based clients in the not-for-profit sector. About the Role
We are looking for a creative mind, exceptional organisation skills and someone who is relaxed under pressure. Being genuinely keen on keeping up to date with industry trends and happy to contribute new ideas will see you excel in this role.
The main focus of the position is to facilitate the successful delivery of Client conferences and to ensure a professional, well-curated event is presented. You will work with an events and administration team to present approximately 2 small to medium-sized events, each year.
The duties and responsibilities of the role are varied but may include:
* Venue selection and contract management
* Styling and branding of the event
* Event logistics including project management planning and timelines
* Generation of marketing and communication content (including emails, website content and social media)
* Sponsorship & Exhibition co-ordination
* Program development, including speakers and calls for abstracts
* Co-ordination of the volunteer client resources to support the event
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an events
* Experience with EventsAir
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to converse with a variety of stakeholders
* Meticulous attention to detail and committed to producing high quality results
* Great copy writing skills
