Geelong Safety Rail is a family-owned business seeking an experienced Leading Hand – Safety Rail & Light Duty Work Platforms to join our team.
In this role, you will lead a small crew installing and dismantling temporary safety rail systems and light duty work platforms, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, construction site experience, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a small installation crew on-site
* Install and dismantle temporary safety rail and light duty work platform systems
* Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
* Maintain clear communication with team members and management
* Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
Requirements
* Valid White Card
* Driver’s Licence
* Own basic tools
* Smartphone for work communication
Desirable (Not Essential)
* HR Truck Licence
* Experience with temporary edge protection or scaffolding systems
