Your Role:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee with consistency and speed
* Deliver warm, friendly customer service
* Assist with light food prep, service, and general café support
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area
* Work efficiently as part of a positive team
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year barista experience in a busy café
* Confident with espresso coffee
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and keep things moving
* Happy to help in other areas of Cafe
* Reliable, team-focused, and positive
* Valid work visa or Australian work rights required
* Availability to work early mornings, weekdays and weekends, including public holidays
