Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties, but are not limited to:
Maintaining and building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, daily.
Providing basic technical, troubleshooting support
Responding to general queries related to products, pricing and availability
Assistance on any ad-hoc administrative and customer service duties
The Successful Applicant:
Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
