Job Description
As a Retail Team Member, you will create, support and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring a great customer experience across the store:
Help across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back-of-house.
Provide a high level of customer service standards, including pre-sale, during and post-sale.
Assist with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
Support efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
Qualifications
Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
Customer focus and results driven.
Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
