Business Analysis Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior leaders, supporting commercial, sales, and related business functions.
You will act as a trusted advisor, working with stakeholders from sales teams through to GMs, to understand their needs, challenge assumptions, and shape requirements into solutions that align with global platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business needs into tangible requirements in line with the project delivery lifecycle.
* Develop robust business cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Partner with global technology teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
* Support solution adoption, change management, and benefits realisation locally.
* Navigate a matrix structure, balancing global capabilities with local needs.
* Bring curiosity, initiative, and ownership to influence how technology can best enable the commercial business.
About You
We're looking for someone ambitious and hands-on, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The most important attributes are curiosity, initiative, communication skills, and ownership.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Background in SAP and/or Salesforce (ideally both).
* Experience working in a large, complex, or FMCG environment.
* FMCG domain experience (preferred), Big 4 consulting experience or fast moving, large financial services organisations.
* Solid business process knowledge with the ability to translate needs into practical solutions.
* A proactive, curious mindset, comfortable respectfully challenging assumptions and finding out the why.
* Exposure to Portfolio/Project/Change Management methodologies.
* Experience working in global/matrixed organisations.
* Ambition to grow into Business Partnering or Project Management roles.
