Responsibilities
As part of the warehouse team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring aviation parts are received, picked, packed, and managed efficiently before dispatching. You’ll work with a supportive crew that values teamwork, accuracy, and a proactive attitude.
- Picking and packing aviation parts and components
- Receiving and interrogating inventory for accuracy and traceability
- Managing and inspecting stock to meet strict aviation standards
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve queries promptly
- Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment
- Contributing ideas and actions for continual improvement in processes
Your Profile
We’re not just looking for experience — we’re looking for great people. If you’ve worked in warehousing, OEM parts distribution, or customer service (especially where you’ve matched parts to vehicle models), you’ll fit right in.
You might also have:
- Experience in stock management, inspection, and traceability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using WMS, data entry (Salesforce experience highly desired)
- Excellent communication skills for customer liaison
- A proactive, can‑do attitude with a focus on improvement
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
