About The Role
* General bookkeeping functions
* Trust accounting (training provided if you don't have prior experience)
* Use of a cloud-based accounting system Xero (or similar) in daily transactions
* Accounts receivable, including raising sales invoices and following up on overdue invoices
* Income tracking using Microsoft Excel and Xero
* Bank reconciliation
* BAS reporting
* Accounts payable duties
* Payroll processing out of Xero (including superannuation)
* Budget reporting
About You
* Experience working as a bookkeeper or a similar accounts-related role
* Familiar with Xero (or similar) accounting software
* Experienced in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work with a team to meet financial deadlines
