Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Toyota and Isuzu Ute parts departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, leading a team of skilled professionals, and building strong relationships with internal teams and trade clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and distribution of parts.
* Lead and mentor a team of skilled Parts Interpreters, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and trade clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), making adjustments as needed to achieve departmental targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record as a Parts/Store Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
* Highly organized, with strong inventory management capabilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with dealership management software, including TUNE.
