Business Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Kitchen & Bathroom Company team throughout Tasmania.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the kitchen design, custom joinery, and architectural space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing new business opportunities, providing high-level customer service, and collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development - Identify and implement new business opportunities
* Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Collaboration with customers to meet their evolving needs
* Strategic Planning & Market Analysis - Stay up-to-date with market knowledge and partner with suppliers for training events
Requirements:
* A verifiable track record in a product-based B2B or B2C business development role involving developing new and existing customer relationships
* Experience within kitchen, bathroom, and laundry appliances, or a design-led adjacent industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
