Support Clients with Compassion and Care
This role involves assisting clients with their personal care needs, including showering, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support/Disability, or equivalent experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing medication prompts and wellness checks, as well as supporting light household tasks such as laundry, meal prep, and cleaning.
Safe transport to appointments or community activities is also an essential part of this role.
Effective communication with care coordinators and family members is crucial to report progress.
To be considered for this position, you must hold current First Aid and CPR certification, as well as a NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Orientation Certificate, National Police Clearance, Australian Driver's Licence, and 100 Points of ID.
