ZSG Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
2. Managing all expected key performance indicators, i.e., financial & rostering
3. Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
4. Delivering ZSG food quality & safety standards
ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience
1. Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands-on
2. A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
3. A positive 'can do' attitude
4. Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
5. Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (Preferred)
