Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the National Sales Team, requiring a blend of administrative skills and relationship-building expertise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM and ERP data, managing lead qualification and reporting, and coordinating supplier product information to ensure timely access to relevant information.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
* Maintain pricing alignment and log conversions in CRM systems, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
* Triage customer queries, working closely with Customer Service to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, fostering trust and mutual understanding.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate product information for customer briefs and internal files, enhancing our teams' and customers' experience.
* Maintain updated product data from suppliers, including pricing, barcodes, pallet information, and dimensions, ensuring precision and completeness.
* Prepare and maintain customer directories, providing valuable insights and context.
* Produce bi-weekly sales decks, pipeline notes, and action registers, facilitating informed decision-making.
* Monitor market launches and share critical insights with the team, driving strategic growth.
* Support workflow automation and process improvements, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
* Assist with tenders, launch packs, and pitch documents, showcasing our company's capabilities and value proposition.


Key Relationships

Internal: Sales Teams, Customer Service, Admin, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing

External: Customers, Suppliers, Distributor Partners


Requirements

* Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
* Experience working in a CRM environment, leveraging technology to drive results.
* Attention to detail and proactive mindset, enabling swift issue resolution and continuous improvement.
* Exposure to FMCG, hardware, pharmacy, or distribution industries, providing valuable industry insights.
* Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Illustrator, enhancing visual communication and presentation skills.
