Responsibilities
- As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing operations on shift to meet high brand standards, customer promise, quality and safety requirements.
- You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences with every interaction.
- You will maintain a positive culture and a well-presented, clean and safe restaurant while utilising strong time management and multi-tasking skills during peak periods, including involvement in food preparation and service.
