The Role:
As a real estate agent within the OBrien Network, you'll receive continuous sales training and listing support while working alongside a fantastic team of sales agents and property managers.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
Client prospecting for potential sellers
Conducting property appraisals
Listing properties for sale
Processing buyer enquiries
Conducting pre-settlement inspections and bank valuations
Following up on pre and post appraisals
Networking for new business opportunities
Conducting open for inspections
Managing a CRM database
Required Experience:
Completion of the Agents Representative Course is a must!
Current or previous real estate sales experience is preferred
Experience in generating leads and managing multiple sales initiatives
Knowledge of CRM systems (AgentBox, RP Data) and proficiency with various computer systems
Skills & Competencies:
