With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their head office team based in Sydney's Inner West.

The Role:
Reporting directly to senior management, the Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the business and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the company's financial operations, reporting, and controls
* Preparing monthly management reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
* Overseeing budgeting and cost control across multiple commercial projects
* Providing financial insights to project and senior management teams
* Managing compliance, tax obligations, and statutory reporting
* Liaising with external accountants, auditors, and financial stakeholders
* Improving financial systems, processes, and internal controls
About You:
* Proven experience as a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant
* Previous experience within constructiondesirable.
* Experience using Jobpac.
* Strong understanding of project cost control, WIP, and cash flow management
* CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach with strong commercial acumen
* Full Australian working rights
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of $130,000 - $160,000+ superannuation.
