CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/DETAILER
EXPERIENCED or TRAINEE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DETAILER GERALDTON - FULL TIME
Terry Truck Rentals Pty Ltd T/a Hertz Rentals at the Geraldton location is looking for a talented person who is excited to join our team and help contribute to the continuing growth and success of Hertz Rentals. Our business is a family business that has operated for 50 years in Western Australia.
About You
You must have a passion for people which is demonstrated by your approachable nature, strong listening skills and ability to empathise. You will deliver great experiences to our customers by being able to effectively communicate with people of all levels and having a friendly attitude.
Trainees will also be considered, and you must have a current driver's license.
Role and Responsibilities
With your experience, you will be able to engage with prospective customers in a positive manner, providing exceptional customer service. You will build rapport with customers, helping identify their needs and providing great solutions to enhance their experience throughout every stage of their rental journey. The role is very hands on working between both our busy Downtown and Airport Locations. You will also be required to assist with the refuelling and detailing of our rental vehicles and assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.
Hours
Hours of Work
40 hours per week Monday to Friday plus weekends and public holidays as rostered to service flight arrivals and departures. Hours of work 10:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Residence Status
Residence Status – Must be resident or have valid visa for working rights to work in Australia. A VEVO check will be conducted to ensure compliance.
To Be Successful You Will Have
* Experience in a customer service / retail environment
* Good computer and communication skills
* Be a team player with a friendly, positive can-do attitude
* Hold a current Driver's License.
