What You'll Bring
* Deep experience in change management, project management, or a related role ideally in a highly regulated environment
* Practical understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with and influence diverse teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with change management software/tools like PROSCI.
