Overview
Our client is a reputable business who is searching for an experienced Shared Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within this supportive and positive workplace, this role will be suited to someone who is searching for their next leadership position and has prior experience managing Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead the transactional accounting functions of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Drive process improvement, standardisation, and continuous process improvement.
* Providing mentorship, coaching and support to team members to promote team cohesion
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in the team
* Liasing with internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
* Experience managing Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Recievable teams
* Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and finance staff
* High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach
* Natural born leader, excellent communicator and proven process & change improvement and transformation
